In Beacon Pointe, homebuyers can soon select from four floor plans situated on 35-foot homesites. The rear-load, two-story homes will range in size from approximately 2,752 to 3,597 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms, two to three full baths, one half bath and two-car garages, with an option for a three-car garage. They will also feature front yard landscaping and unfinished basements.

Homeowners in Beacon Pointe will have access to community amenities, including a pool, pickleball court, park, playground and walking trails with mountain views. Residents will also be close to Utah Lake, Saratoga Springs Utah Temple, and Saratoga Hot Springs. Students within the community will attend Alpine School District schools.
