Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Customer Service We’ve Ever Had We were not expecting to walk into a home and fall in love, but that is what happened! Kevin and Brandon showed us a number of homes and we keptt coming back to the Fletcher model. We loved the retreat and game room levels and pictured a custom craft room and an outdoor living space on each of those levels. The inspections, closing, and warranty meetings went seamlessly. Kevin, Brandon, and Dustin were so great to work with. They basically allowed us free access to our home before the closing. They were all so friendly and we felt like we got to know Kevin and Brandon on a personal basis.

Chris was so enjoyable to work with and showed us many properties available in the area so we could find a home that best met our family's needs. Mike was very informative and helpful in the process of purchasing a brand new build home, and gave us his cell phone should we need anything after we moved into our home. Not to much, all of their homes are functional, built to last and not to mention, beautiful. I could not recommend David Weekley and their team enough.

Three different builders, at least 6 different warranty reps, 3 different senior warranty reps. Walked into our half complete home to hear a Senior David Weekley employee, Kara something, talk to a customer about how post sale is not their problem, stating customers are trash. Have felt that from everyone since. We should have walked at that point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible experience from beginning to end! We wanted to move to this area and stopped into the David Weekley sales office. We asked Kevin to show us all of the homes available that were currently under construction. Kevin showed us 10 or 11 homes. Kevin was very knowledgeable, extremely kind and low pressure. He walked with us as we made a decision to make an offer on our incredible home. Within a few weeks our home was completed and everything went very smoothly. Since moving in, any minor issues have been addressed by Scott and Heather quickly and completely to our satisfaction. We had built a home 2 1/2 years ago with another local builder. That entire experience was a nightmare. Working with Kevin, Scott and Heather has been a real pleasure. We would definitely highly recommend a David Weekley home to anyone considering purchasing a new home!

I have to say the sales team, and the construction team are amazing! They have the best customer service. They were patient with our questions and accommodating to all of our needs. They worked very hard on our behalf and we are thrilled to be a part of the community.
