Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Experience not great house The customer service and experience provided by Coleen from the start of our search through to the end was absolutely exceptional. However I personally do not think the premium paid for a David Weekly home is justified by the quality and finish of the house. The home is 10% - 15% more expensive than comparable homes in the community, but the quality appears to be the same. If not for the superb experience provided by all representatives in the process, I would not recommend this builder.

They far exceeded our expectations in every way and consistently went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend DWH if you want to feel confident and completely cared for when buying a home. Rated 5 out of 5 by from outstanding service We moved into our new home a couple of months ago. This is the 4th house I have built. 2 were custom. This has been the easiest of all. I appreciated the weekly updates. Since we closed, we have had a few problems, only one needed immediate attention. We were a bit unusual in that our builder left the ay after our closing. Jeremy Woods (warranty) and Andy Akins (project Manager?) have been exceptional in handling any problems. Your contractors have also been very responsive. You should recognize these 2 outstanding individuals
