From start to finish, the entire David Weekley Team made the buying and building of our new home at Encore at Streamside in Waxhaw, NC as easy an experience as possible. Their professional and caring approach regarding every detail through our decision to buy at Encore to when we moved in was as seamless and easy as possible. We are thrilled with our new home!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bought a spec home I bought a townhome that was already built. I did not have the opportunity to pick out anything. I am surprised at the quality of some of the items picked. The very small pedestal sink in the powder room that needs to be replaced, two of the commodes are too low to sit on and need to be replaced, the unfinished garage... I would not expect this in a $600,000 home. The quality is not what it used to be as I had previously purchased a David Weekly home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love my new townhouse! I came in after the home was already built. Patrick has been very responsive with answering my calls about some things that need to be looked at. He never makes me feel like I am a burden, but instead, I feel like I'm his only customer, which I know is not accurate because I have neighbors! This has been a great experience.

From the sales team, the process, the communication, and our personal builder, always feeling welcome at the sales office and our job site. I recently retired from a 40 year career as a real estate broker focusing my career in the field of new construction representing the the top builders in the Pacific Northwest. My experience stretched from community sales manager, to training on site sales teams, management, and finishing the past 10 years of my career as consultant and project manager for a high end custom home builder. My husband and I have personally purchased several production and custom homes over the years, so this is not our first rodeo in building a home. It has been a pleasure working with such a proud and professional team as we have experienced in building our first David Weekley home. Thank you and your teams for making this a very pleasant experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, except mystery garage We recently purchased a home in Cornelius, NC, built by David Weekly Homes. The staff we interacted with mainly were Bill (supervisor) and Mandy (selling agent), among the easiest we have ever worked with. Our realtor, Abby Bjelac, with Matt Stone Real Estate, was enthusiastic and motivated to help us receive the best terms possible. Abby, Mandy, and Bill worked flawlessly to further our positive buying experience. All three of these representatives of our purchase experience deserve five stars. I have been purchasing many houses for over 45 years, and I have never seen a house complete without simply painting a garage on the finished product. Why would a million-dollar home builder do this? The staff was great. Besides the mystery of the unpainted garage, I look forward to working with them again.
