I had already visited a couple of new construction projects in other parts close by the twin cities when I saw a DWH model home. The experience started with the right foot, I was kindly welcomed by Jennifer, who clearly answer my questions, and showed me ready to sell homes. With the support of Jackie, my RE agent , I made the decision and put an offer on a beautiful townhome. I fell in love with the roomy kitchen, the big windows in every important room, and the nature surrounding the home. Jay, the builder personally met with me to give me more details about the home, and how to maintain it. I really appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to answer questions and help. Jason, another team member offered the warranty information and made sure I understood everything. All this experience was a Joyful one! Clear communication, willingness to answer questions, professionalism, kindness, courtesy and team work! Bravo team J !

(Built previously with Ryland, Gonyea, Lennar and now DW)! I would never build with the others again. I assumed this experience would be just like the others and it was so different in the most amazing way.
