And, here is the kicker, we bought the house sight unseen from Hawaii. The David Weekley team made the whole buying process easy and seamless.

After years of working towards the first purchase of a home for my 3 kids and I we finally found a home that we wanted to pull the trigger on and that had to be a David Weekly home. The quality, layout and location of the home made it a “must have.” It was not an easy path to finding the home but after being referred to 3 different locations from 3 different David Weekly Agents we finally found the gem we needed.

I have owned 3 homes from different builders and the David Weekley experience has been the best so far. Thanks David Weekley for our home in Scholls Ferry.

The entire team was terrific and their attention to detail was meticulous throughout the building experience. From working with an interior decorator, weekly phone calls, and in-person visits, to the final home walk-through and new home warranty explanation, I was well-informed, and knew what was going on with my new home every step of the way. Everyone was friendly, professional, and answered promptly when I had my questions. I am looking forward to enjoying my beautiful new home. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience.

However the job itself was rushed, resulting in poor craftsmanship and error made by David Weekly. For anyone that works with David Weekly I would recommend you inspect frequently. 1) HVAC unit installed incorrectly resulting in over $600 extra in electrical fees. 2) Quarter inch gap in many of the floor planes 3) Electrical wiring for surround sound incorrectly set up and not communicated resulting in extra damage and costs to fix ceiling 4) Rain water leakage by second floor balcony, carpets got soaked and boards needed to be replaced
