Rated 1 out of 5 by from Somethings are not complete When we moved in we started to notice some short comings regarding the house. We we moved in the door bell wasn’t working and the floor door wasn’t properly sealed / insulated to where we could see a crack outside. Marquis (The house warranty representative) has had someone come out to fix the door bell but it is still not working. This is disappointing because it delays the installation of our ring doorbell. Furthermore the chime on the third floor would constantly buzz loud enough to be annoying. As a result I unplugged it all so that it would not disturb our home. It’s has been over a month since we moved in and a week and a half since they came to fix the door bell.

ALL of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manor, and all of them went out of their way to accommodate anything I needed. Everyone knows that buying and selling homes is SO stressful, which I was doing both at the same time! They all made the buying experience PAINLESS! I cannot express how much I recommend the David Weekly team! Also, more importantly, the homes are TOP NOTCH. Quality at every level. I am very happy and comfortable in my super smart home!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from My David Weekly Exprience The sales process was amazing. The salesperson was very responsive and accommodating. Our assigned builder was responsive whenever we had questions. Since we have closed, we have had issues but they were quick to respond and resolve with the exception of 2 major things. Our driveway was poured as a one car driveway and we have raised area hill to the right of our driveway in which the company has refused to build a retaining wall after many requests. Now we are faced with having to spend thousands of dollars to widen our driveway AND build reinforcement for the hill to prevent further erosion. We have only been in the home for 2 months and we find this situation unacceptable. Lastly, we have trim work that is coming apart and we were told by the warranty team that it was part of the house settling but this is our 3rd new build at lower price points and never experienced this.
