However, my expectations were more than exceeded by my sales rep Nicole Eperjesi and builder Drake Atkinson. Nicole was consultative and guided us through the purchasing process. No pressure, just always there to answer my many questions. Special "shout out to Cheryl Campbell who filled in for Nicole while she was on maternity leave. I felt like Drake was building our home for himself. He is detailed oriented and was there to help us understand the stages of building and what to expect along the way. The weekly status calls reassured me that we were working together. Kim in the Design Studio was great too. She offered decorating suggestions that made the selection process easy. I am so impressed how each person I interreacted with at DW had the same level of care and customer satisfaction. And "Yes", I would build with DW again. Please feel free to use me as a reference.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Already Constructed House My fiancé had been house hunting for over a month and we discovered a newly built house in Grantham. Stopping by the show home we were welcomed by the David Weekly representative who explained how the homes are built with high quality materials and standards. She offer to let us tour several finished houses so we agreed. Walking into the second home my fiance was in awe. Said she love it and it felt so homey. She would make it a home so I agreed to make a deposit and begin the purchase process. We were excited and when our realtor also thought it was indeed an excellent home to purchase. I was quite surprised with the buyer's inspection noting that the employee's wanted everything perfect for us. Before closing we did a final walk thru after which the purchase was completed. After taking possession we had a few questions and they we answered without delay. Looking forward to having a great home in a great growing city - Fishers IN. Maximum appreciation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Northwest Fortville - Sterling Build Our sales contact was great from the beginning, working with us to price out multiple options and educating us on the new build experience. We were thrilled David Weekly allows for customization via the design center. The ability to pick out our finishes, the floor plan, and location sealed the deal. Our builder, Matt, was fantastic as well. He was very clear on the process, proactively communicated, and went above and beyond to help get the house the way we exactly wanted it. We've now been in the house a month, and it's better than we could had anticipated!
