John Brandon , Morgan Keogh and Stephenie Parras were a great team calling us once a week for an update on what had happened and what was scheduled to happen for the following week. Everything ran smoothly and on schedule. David Weekley is lucky to have the most reliable, dependable team working for them. They take pride in their work and went above and beyond to make us happy. And, it didn't end when we closed. They assured us they would be here for us if anything comes up that we were unhappy with. We are so happy in this New Home. They are "THE BEST!"

Our consultant, Kenny Rypstra, was very informative, friendly and refreshingly, not pushy. That was a huge selling point for us. Kenny was always kind and gracious with answering what seemed like a million questions. This level of detail spilled over to the design phase, where Stephenie Parras guided us on our internal features for our home. We cannot say enough about Stephenie and her ability to help us see the beauty that would become our home. As for the build, Gavin Prosser was our builder and we could not have asked for a better one. Gavin is extremely knowledgeable and like Kenny and Stephenie, answered a million questions for us. Gavin was always quick to answer our calls and did a fantastic job navigating our stringent HOA guidelines. We could not be more pleased to have our first home build by Kenny, Stephenie and Gavin. We have sung the praises of DW BOYL and will continue to do so. Everyone we speak to, we encourage them to have OUR team: Kenny, Stephenie and Gavin. The proof is in the excellent job each one had in creating our beautiful home.

We felt comfortable with the process during every step. All my concerns/wishes/requests were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. We chose David Weekly due to great reviews and they did not disappoint. Our home is beautiful and we enjoyed the process which is a great memory for our family.

The detail to workmanship and eye appeal was observed through our shopping experience. We had our eyes on three different homes and all 3 were David Weekly. Our sales consultant Chris was absolutely knowledgeable, attentive and reserved so I to allow Cindy and I to think. Chris’ input was honest and spot on. Regarding the construction part, Jason made himself available at every question sought and he ensured we as the customer were above and beyond satisfied. Jason part in our home buying process was genius. To have the builder on-site during the transition was appreciated. There’s is no doubt in my mind that your team is second to none. Quality, Respect and Knowledgeable must be your motto! Thank you for letting us be part of your David Weekly Family!

She did a great job and kept us informed throughout the entire process. She could always answer our questions! Casey did a great job as construction manager he also could answer any question I had and handled all problems immediately! These two professionals are outstanding at their jobs and were one of the many reasons we decided to buy a David Weekley home. We moved in a month and a half ago and love our beautiful home!
