Rated 5 out of 5 by from Manfred and Edith’s new David Weekly Home We closed on our newly build David Weekly Home in March 2024 and moved in in April after we sold our home in Pennsylvania. Yes, we decided a year ago to build a new home with a DWH master plan “ The Halden” in the beautiful Provence community in Austin Tx to be close to our daughter and her family. The main concern for us was the fact that we still lived in Pennsylvania and could only travel a few times to Austin to follow up with the home built. The entire building experience with the DWH team was positive. From the start the sales consultant April Garson was empathetic, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining and selecting the structural options of the chosen master plan. The more challenging process was the selection of all the design options from floors, doors, cabinetry, tiles and more. Since we were out of state, our designer Kiana Smith, organized a pre-meeting with Zoom to go through our design ideas, the list of materials and pricing. This helped enormously when we traveled to the design center to make our final selections within 2 days. It was impressive how Kiana lead through the design selection process and collaborated with her manager in order to provide the best solution for the customer. Three weeks after the design was finalized, the pre-construction meeting took place . Here we met the builder Chris Stanford and the sales & project representative Rebekah Gatlin. The entire home project milestones, specifications and timeline were reviewed thoroughly. The breaking of the ground started in August last year and the home was finished in February this year as projected by Chris. During the build process we had weekly phone and Zoom meetings on the progress of our home. The communication with Chris and Rebekah was exceptional. Any corrections to the specifications, unforeseen deviations or a design change has been managed by them to our full satisfaction. On February 28, we had our home introduction meeting and closed on our home two weeks later. The issues found during the home introduction meeting were immediately resolved or handled through the warranty process. The management of the warranty or deficiencies found when we lived in our home has been promptly addressed by the warranty manager Allan Galloway. Allan met us for a warranty orientation meeting 3 weeks after we moved in. He took his time in explaining the process and he listened to our findings and concerns. It was very impressive how fast Allan addresses the deficiencies with the various contractors. After 3 weeks, most of our list of deficiencies have been corrected, repaired or replaced. We are very pleased and very happy to have build our new home with David Weekly Homes. David Weekly Homes have the vision, the people, materials and the processes to build a good quality home. We recommend David Weekly Homes to anyone who wants to build a new home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from From start to finish! We had not entirely planned to build at Hilltop, but when we met the David Weekley Sales Consultant (Tiffany), we had such a good and positive feeling. She showed us several lots, and we found one we really loved. Someone was already interested in it, however, so we weren't certain we would be able to get that lot. Tiffany kept us apprised of the situation regularly, and as things turned out, we were able to get the beautiful lot we wanted! From then on, we could've had no finer champion than Tiffany. There were moments when things could have gone in a different direction were it not for her. Her experience, professionalism, positivity, and skill were constantly in play. We felt like we were the only customers in the world, and we are so very grateful to have had her as a partner throughout the building experience! The build process was relatively smooth, with only a few hiccups that were ironed out easily because of the excellent and open communication process. We received weekly updates from Tiffany and Kevin (our builder). Updates were via phone, so this gave us regular opportunities to ask questions, get clarity, etc. There were so many times we truly felt that the David Weekley team here at Hilltop was on our side and truly wanted us to live here. It was a breath of fresh air in a time when we so often feel like "just another customer." We are very happy in the new home (it is gorgeous!) and the community.
