CENTRAL LIVING BY DAVID WEEKLEY HOMES KICKS OFF SALES IN MIXED-USE VILLAGE OF BELMONT

Atlanta, GA (May 14, 2015): Sales are now open in the mixed-use and highly-anticipated Village of Belmont. Central Living by David Weekley Homes is offering more than 150 single-family homes in Village of Belmont, which will also include over 50,000 square feet of retail shops, restaurants and professional offices.

Located at North Atlanta Road and Windy Hill Road in Smyrna, the three series of homes offered include the builder’s Cottages, Commons and Park Series homes. Prices for the three collections will range from the mid $200’s to $400s+, and will have a style reminiscent of turn-of-the-century Americana.

The Cottages will feature five floor plans, ranging in size from 1,500 to 1,800 square feet with prices starting from the $260s. The three-story Bellbrook model is 1,500 square feet with three bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath, study, and a two-story family and dining room. The Commons will offer two floor plans, ranging in size from 1,700 to 2,500 square feet with prices starting from the $300s. With 2,500 square feet, the model home, the Aveda, includes two bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath and a game room. This model will feature a “Behind Your Walls” display to showcase how each home is constructed and the energy-efficient features included in a David Weekley EnergySaverTM home. A future design center will also be installed in the Aveda for customers to select the various options and upgrades to be built in their home.

Model homes for both series will open in late May and will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and from 1 to 6 p.m. on Monday and Sunday.

The upcoming Park Series will offer buyers two floor plans to choose from, ranging in size from 2,000 to 2,700 square feet. Pricing for this series will be released late May.

Homes in all three collections will feature open-concept designs with the kitchen overlooking the dining area and family room and upstairs owner’s retreats.
