Central Living by David Weekley Homes Opens Broadview Place Model Homes

Atlanta, GA (December 19, 2017): Central Living by David Weekley Homes, the high-density division of David Weekley Homes offering luxury living in prime locations, is excited to announce that two model homes are now open in the Buckhead community of Broadview Place and another is expected to open in mid-January 2018.

A special grand opening is set for Saturday, January 27, from noon-2 p.m. and the general public is invited to attend. The Sweet Auburn BBQ food truck, Not As Famous Cookie Company cookie truck and entertainers will be on hand. Attendees can also tour the new model home and enter for a chance to win prizes.

The four-story Samara features three bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath with fourth-floor game room and rooftop deck. The home also includes a two-story living space, modern kitchen with soapstone detailing on the ceiling and stone and tile accent walls. The Whitcomb offers nearly 1,850 square feet with three bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath. Special features include modern built-ins in the living space and covered balcony off the kitchen and dining area.

Priced from the $530s, Broadview Place features three and four-story single-family homes on 25- and 30-foot homesites. All homes feature a private garage, modern open-concept floor plan, and a terrace or small semi-private yard. There’s even a common greenspace for all residents to enjoy.

Broadview Place is located in walking distance to local restaurants, shopping and more. In the future, the community will have access to PATH400 Greenway Trail, a 5.2-mile multi-use path for cycling, skating, walking and running that will connect parks, trails, schools and communities to Buckhead. There’s also several area parks within two miles of the community.

The community also offers convenient access to GA-400, I-85 and I-75, with downtown Atlanta just three miles away. And, the nearby MARTA station puts midtown, downtown and the airport within “walking” distance, too. Broadview Place also offers nearby upscale shopping at The Shops Buckhead Atlanta and a variety of dining options. There’s even a variety of local attractions to enjoy such as Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Zoo Atlanta, Atlanta Cyclorama & Civil War Museum and sporting venues.
