CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON CENTRAL LIVING AT IVERSON BY DAVID WEEKLEY HOMES
Charlotte, NC (June 16, 2015): David Weekley Homes has broken ground on their latest in-town Charlotte community, Central Living at Iverson. The first phase of construction will feature four move-in ready Showcase Homes, a fully-furnished model home and sales office. When completed, Central Living at Iverson will include 22 Craftsman-inspired three and four bedroom townhomes.
Located in Dilworth on Iverson Way, and across the street from Lowe’s Home Improvement, Central Living at Iverson will offer Dilworth-inspired front porches, two-car rear-load garages, second-story entertaining spaces and third-floor private spaces. Each of the four floor plans available will feature signature David Weekley Homes items, such as large kitchen islands and open- floor plans, with 10-foot ceilings, and flex options, a second-story balcony and/or study.
These townhomes will range in size from 1,900 to 2,300 square feet with a variety of elevations to choose from. Sales are now open with prices starting in the mid-$400s. The second phase of construction is scheduled to begin late summer and will consist of four additional showcase homes.
Homebuyers in Central Living at Iverson will enjoy all that SouthEnd and Dilworth have to offer, including being walking distance to the new Publix, the LYNX Light Rail, dining, shopping and entertainment, and easy access to Uptown Charlotte and all major interstates.
Other townhome communities planned for Central Living by David Weekley Homes include Central Living at Ideal Way with 21 modern, metro-inspired townhomes on Ideal Way in South End, and Central Living at Carson with 11 four-story townhomes featuring rooftop terraces and skyline views, located just south of Uptown across from the Carson light rail station.
