Custom Classics by David Weekley Homes is Coming Soon to Belle Oaks

San Antonio, TX (February 4, 2021): Custom Classics by David Weekley Homes, the luxury home building division of David Weekley Homes, will soon begin building in Belle Oaks in Bulverde, Texas.

Belle Oaks will provide homebuyers a variety of one- and two-story homes with open-concept floor plans on oversized homesites ranging in size from 2,500 to 3,800 square feet. Homes will include three to five bedrooms, three to five full baths, one to two half baths and three- to four-car garages. Each home will feature a metal roof, rear outdoor living areas and side-load garages.

Weekley will soon have a move-in ready home, The Bradbury, available for tours, featuring four bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath, three-car garage and 3,500 square feet of living space. The Bradbury is set to be open for tours in early spring 2021.

Residents in Belle Oaks will have access to a community pool, playground, walking trails, and basketball tennis and pickle ball courts. The community will provide convenient access to shopping and dining in Spring Branch and San Antonio, as well as proximity to Guadalupe River State Park and Canyon Lake. Students in Belle Oaks will attend Comal ISD schools.
