RALEIGH, NC (September 23, 2014): The nation’s largest privately-held home builder will have three entries in the Wake, Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties Parade of Homes competition on October 4-5; October 10-12; and October 17-19, 2014.

The Parade of Homes is a self-guided home tour that is free and open to the public from 12-5 p.m. each day of competition. REALTORS® and home building industry leaders select the winning homes in their respective price categories. Weekley’s entries include: The Clarkdale model home, The Devonbrooke showcase home and The Robinwood model home.

The Clarkdale, located at 11800 Venture Oak Way in the Old Oak Commons community, is 3,257 square feet. This two-story home features four bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath, a study and first-floor guest suite. Homes in Old Oak Commons are priced from the $400s.
