David Weekley Homes Affiliates Launches Single-Family Rental Construction 

Dallas, TX (December 17, 2020): David Weekley Homes, one of the nation’s largest privately held builders, is excited to announce the launch of ICB Construction, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary offering construction management services for single-family rental home projects. ICB will partner with ECM Development to provide renters in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area the benefits of single-family, neighborhood living in newly constructed homes.

ICB’s offerings include site identification and community development as well as home construction. Through its affiliation with David Weekley Homes, ICB is able to bring nearly 45 years’ experience in residential construction and the development process, including its Central Living product line, to the rental home market.

ICB and ECM Development have multiple projects in the works in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, including Echelon at Reverchon Bluffs, a gated community that will begin construction this month. Located west of Dallas Bishop Arts District on West Davis Street, this managed community will offer 82 two-, three- and four-bedroom rental homes ranging from 1,575 to 2,150 square feet of living space. Residents in Echelon at Reverchon Bluffs will also enjoy a pool, outdoor fire hearths and maintained private yards. The community will open in spring 2021.
