The builder’s first phase of 128 homes and the two fully furnished model homes are expected to open in spring 2022.

In The Georgette model home, buyers will soon be able to explore four bedrooms – including a first-floor owner’s retreat – three full baths, one half bath, a retreat, study and three-car tandem garage. This two-story home is situated on a 50-foot homesite.

Weslyn Park in Sunbridge will offer an expansive network of biking and nature trails, lakes and canals, playgrounds, and open spaces featuring Florida nature. Future development plans for Sunbridge include a variety of neighborhood amenities, robust trail network, an Osceola County K-8 school opening in 2023, and planned waterfront recreational area where people will be able to boat, dine, shop, work, and attend events.
