DAVID WEEKLEY HOMES BREAKS GROUND ON MODEL HOME AND RELEASES PRICING FOR NEW SUWANEE COMMUNITY

ATLANTA, GA (June 23, 2015): Custom Classics by David Weekley Homes recently broke ground in The Reserve at Old Atlanta on a new model home, The Richwood, which is expected to be complete in July, and announced that homes in the Suwanee community are priced from the $560s.

This private, gated community features traditional homes with Old World-inspired exteriors ranging in size from 3,300-4,700 square feet. The seven floor plans include a guest suite on the main floor with options on some plans for upstairs and downstairs owner's retreats or a second owner’s suite.
