Houston, TX (January 19, 2022): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will soon begin building new high-quality homes in The Woodlands Hills 60’, a new section in the Willis community of The Woodlands Hills.

The Woodlands Hills 60’ is expected to open for sales in February 2022. Homebuyers will be able to select from eight one- and two-story floor plans, ranging in size from 2,300 to 3,400 square feet of living space. Situated on 60-foot homesites, the floor plans feature three to five bedrooms, two to four full baths, one half bath and two- to three-car garages.

The fully-furnished model home, The Milburn, is expected to open for tours in February 2022.
