David Weekley Homes Continues to Expand into Minneapolis Communities

Minneapolis, MN (August 8, 2016): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest private home builder, is excited to announce that it is now building in several Minneapolis/St. Paul area communities. In addition to having several homes currently under construction in The Pines at Elm Creek and The Enclave at Medina, the home builder is also building in two new communities – Glaccum Highlands and Deer Ridge Estates.

Located in the suburb of Plymouth, David Weekley Homes is now building in Phase 2 of The Pines at Elm Creek, now offering homesites that back up to private wetlands. Priced from the high $500s, homes are situated on 65-foot homesites with seven floor plans for buyers to choose from. There are also three showcase homes that are ready for immediate move in, or ready soon. Community amenities include a dog park and trails, and students attend award-winning Wayzata Public Schools.
