David Weekley Homes Earns Awards at 2024 Parade of Homes
Colorado Springs, CO (October 11, 2024): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, was recognized at the 2024 Colorado Springs HBA Parade of Homes. These awards bring the company’s total to more than 860 awards for product design and 1,529 overall. Chosen through the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs, the annual Parade of Homes showcases the best homes throughout the Pikes Peak Region.
The Ellingwood, Weekley’s model home in Wolf Ranch – The Enclave Collection, was recognized for best interior design in the $750,000 - $820,000 category. The model home also won the People’s Choice Award for best overall home in the $750, - $820,000 category.
In the Monument, CO, community of Cloverleaf, The Miramont model home was recognized with five Industry Excellence Awards, for best overall home, best floor plan, best kitchen, best interior design, and best primary suite in the $1 million - $1.2 million category. In the same category, the builder was also recognized with a People’s Choice Award for best overall home for The Miramont.
