DAVID WEEKLEY HOMES EXTENDS EMPLOYEE PRICING IN ATLANTA


Red Tag Pricing available on select move-in ready homes


ATLANTA, GA (November 25, 2015): David Weekley Homes is extending its Employee Pricing offer and Red Tag prices through December 15, 2015.

Homebuyers will receive a 7% discount (up to $40,000) when they purchase a to-be-built home in participating Atlanta-area communities, or take advantage of the already discounted prices on select showcases homes that are ready for move in now or will be ready soon.

Several communities in the Atlanta-area are offering Employee Pricing, including: Canoe Club, a master-planned community located 30 miles south of Atlanta in Fayetteville. The community features 600 acres with freshwater lakes, fishing, canoeing and kayaking access, a clubhouse, fitness center, lap pool, lighted tennis courts and future fishing docks. Students attend Fayette County Schools. Homes are priced from the $340s.

The Reserve at Old Atlanta is a new community located in Suwannee and students attend Forsyth County Schools, including Lambert High School. Homeowners have access to a jr. Olympic swimming pool with water feature and clubhouse, lighted tennis courts, playground, walking trails and 36 acres of open space. Homes are priced from the $580s.

Vinings Brooke is located on the south side of Cobb County and is in close proximity to the Silver Comet Trail, several private schools, Dobbins Air Force Base, Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Plant and Wellstar Cobb Hospital, plus several local parks. Homes are priced from the $445s.

Homes that are ready for immediate move in include:

  • The Wardson, located at 117 Waterlace Way in The Canoe Club, with nearly 3,000 square feet. Priced at $432,561, this home features four bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath and three-car garage.

 

  • The Hazelton in Governors Towne Club is priced at $694,000. This two-story home is located at 78 Cuthbert Lane and has four bedrooms, four full baths, one half bath and a three-car garage.

 

  • Priced at $770,000, The Kennesaw has nearly 4,000 square feet with five bedrooms, four full baths and a four-car garage in this three-story home. This home is located at 3297 Lost Mill Trace in The Preserve at Lost Mill Trace.
