David Weekley Homes Holds Clothing Drive Benefitting The Warrior Heart Foundation 

San Antonio, TX (November 3, 2021): David Weekley Homes team members in the San Antonio area showed how much they care by holding a clothing drive benefitting the Warriors Heart Foundation.

The drive was held over two weeks and donations were collected at all David Weekley model homes across the San Antonio area. Team members, homebuyers, friends and San Antonio residents were encouraged to bring new or gently used business and professional clothing. Thanks to the generous donations, David Weekley Homes collected two cars-full of professional clothing to donate to the Warriors Heart center.

Warriors Heart is a treatment center located in San Antonio that serves active military, veterans, firefighters, police, EMTs and active members from across the United States belonging to organizations that protect and serve the citizens of the United States. The organization helps those seeking inpatient treatment for chemical dependency, alcohol abuse, PTSD and the psychological effects of mild traumatic brain injuries.

The drive was an initiative of the company’s CARE program, which is a charitable and volunteer program that joins team members with homeowners, homebuyers, community partners and local nonprofit organizations to live out its purpose, Building Dreams, Enhancing Lives in all the communities in which it builds.
