David Weekley Homes Homes Breaks Ground in Sentiero at Windrose

Phoenix, AZ (January 22, 2024): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will soon begin building in the Waddell, AZ, community of Sentiero at Windrose. The builder recently broke ground on model home, The Cortessa.

Located within the master-planned community of Windrose, this new section will include six floor plans ranging in size from approximately 2,300 to 3,300 square feet of living space. Sentiero at Windrose will showcase a mixture of exterior designs, including desert transitional, farmhouse, desert prairie and Spanish architecture styles.

Amenities within the community will include parks, trails, open green spaces, tot lots and a covered ramada. Sentiero is also nearby The Wigwam hotel and resort and the Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium & Safari Park.

Sentiero at Windrose is close to major roadways including I-10, Bob Stump Memorial Parkway, Loop 101 and Loop 303. It is also located near shopping, dining, and entertainment at Westgate Entertainment District. Students will attend schools in Agua Fria Union High School District.
