Four new, low-maintenance, all-brick, one- and two-story single-family floor plans are now available for sales in Eden Hall – Terrace Collection, starting from the low $400s. The Oakhurst, Kidwell, Northvale and Lawrence floor plans range from 1,700 to 2,900 square feet and include two to three bedrooms, two full baths, a study and rear-load, two-car garage. Quick move-in homes are currently under construction and will be ready in late 2019.

David Weekley Homes features two additional series in Eden Hall – the Summit and Park Collection. The Summit Collection, priced from the $455s, features all-brick, drive-under townhomes ranging in size from 2,800 to 3,100 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two full baths and two-car garages. The Park Collection offers single-family one- and two-story all-brick homes with front-load garages, ranging in size from 1,700 to 4,300 square feet starting from the $430s.

Amenities in Eden Hall include walking trails with access to a scenic lake, fishing pier, fire pit, gazebo, linear gardens and walking distance to Matthews Trail and downtown Matthews.
