David Weekley Homes Named Builder of the Year at the 2021 HBA Max Awards

Austin, TX (June 30, 2021): David Weekley Homes, one of the nation’s largest privately-held builders, received five awards at the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin 2021 MAX Awards, including being named Builder of the Year. These accolades bring the company’s total to more than 825 awards for product design and 1,370 overall.

David Weekley Homes was recognized for Best Product Design – Specialty Product for the community of Presidio Station and was also recognized with a marketing award for Best Logo. In addition, Senior Sales Consultant John Perrin was honored as the Sales Professional of the Year and Kiana Smith was recognized as Design Consultant of the Year.

This is the second time for David Weekley Homes to be named the MAX Awards Builder of the Year. The home builder previously won the award in 2019. This recognition is all-encompassing of the sales, marketing, contributions and achievements throughout the year.

The MAX Awards are hosted by the HBA of Greater Austin’s Sales and Marketing Council in recognition of sales and marketing excellence. The awards honor builders, developers, remodelers and associates who have made a significant and creative contribution to residential marketing through specific achievements during the previous year.
