Houston, TX (October 22, 2024): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, is now selling single-family homes in the master-planned community of Brookewater in Rosenberg, TX.
In Brookewater, the builder is offering two series of homes, priced from the low $300s. In the section of 45-foot homesites, homebuyers can select from nine floor plans ranging from 1,660 to 2,700 square feet of living space with two to five bedrooms, two to three full baths, up to one half bath and a two-car garage. In the section of 55-foot homesites, there are six floor plan options, ranging from 2,270 to 3,460 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms, three to four full baths, up to one half bath and a two-to-three-car garage.
Residents in Brookewater can soon enjoy a resort-style water amenity and pool, an amenity pavilion with outdoor fireplace, an event lawn for community events, on-site daycare, a lake for fishing, and more than 200 acres of parks, lakes, playgrounds, green space, walking trails and nature preserves. The community is located off U.S. 59 with direct access to Greenway Plaza and downtown Houston and is convenient to Brazos Town Center, Fort Bend Transit commuter services, George Ranch Historical Park, Rosenberg Railroad Museum, Fort Bend Museum, Brazos Bend State Park and Seabourne Creek Nature Park. Two model homes, The Gardenia and The Begonia, are open daily for tours and are located at 503 Coen Cain Drive and 519 Coen Cain Drive, respectively. A grand opening event with food, games and giveaways will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, and from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday, November 17.
