Homebuyers can receive up to $25,000 in Savings on a new David Weekley home

 


 

Charlotte, NC (September 12, 2017): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest private home builder, is offering incentives on to-be-built and move-in ready, or ready soon, showcase homes in the Charlotte area during the Fall into Savings event between September 8 and October 31, 2017.

Homebuyers who purchase a to-be-built home in Avignon Town Homes – Southpark and Carson will receive a $25,000 decorator allowance, or a $25,000 home discount on a showcase home.

In Waverly, Eden Hall and Fullwood Station, homebuyers will enjoy a $15,000 decorator allowance on a to-be-built home or a $15,000 home discount on a showcase home.

Parkside at Skybrook North, Greenway Village and Massey homebuyers will receive a $10,000 decorator allowance on a to-be-built home or $10,000 home discount on a showcase home.

Homebuyers in the Charlotte area can receive an additional 1% of the total loan amount – up to $10,000 – toward closing costs when they use one of the builder’s preferred lenders to purchase their new home.

David Weekley Homes is currently building in 10 communities throughout the Charlotte area, including Matthews, Fort Mill, Huntersville and several central Charlotte communities. Prices range from the $280s to $1 million+.
