DAVID WEEKLEY HOMES OPENS FOR SALES IN WAVERLY

Charlotte, NC (February 11, 2016): David Weekley Homes is opening for sales on February 13 in the South Charlotte, mixed-use community of Waverly. Starting from the $470s, the Executive Collection includes seven floor plans from 2,828 to 3,858 square feet. Priced from the $385s, the Village Collection offers buyers six floor plans to choose from, ranging in size from 2,303 to 3,129 square feet.

The mixed-use Waverly development will also feature a host of restaurants and on-site amenities, such as Whole Foods Market, which broke ground in September, Polished Nail Salon and Novant Health.
