Open daily for tours, the single-story Grenada features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bathroom and a three-car garage within 2,900 square feet. The Grenada is one of seven floor plans from Weekley’s Manor Series, which range from 2,500 to 3,800 square feet of living space and are situated on 70-foot homesites.

The builder’s other series within Bexley, the Cottage and Village Series, feature a combined 10 floor plans, ranging from 2,300 to 3,500 square feet and are situated on 50-and 60-foot homesites, respectively.
