David Weekley Homes Opens New Patio Model in Waterset

Tampa, FL (July 26, 2016): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, is proud to announce the opening of another model in the Tampa community of Waterset. The one-story Terravista showcases the builder’s patio series homes, which start from the $275s.
