DAVID WEEKLEY HOMES PROMOTES LEN JAFFE TO VICE PRESIDENT OF LAND - SOUTHEAST

Tampa, FL (April 14, 2015): David Weekley Homes is pleased to announce the promotion of Len Jaffe to Vice President of Land for the Southeast Region. In his new position, Jaffe will be responsible for the expansion of David Weekley Homes into new markets in the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida, as well as expanding the Central Living by David Weekley Homes product line into existing markets.

Jaffe most recently handled all land acquisition and development activity for the home builder’s Florida divisions as Area Land President, and is looking forward to expanding his role to the southeast markets.

“With our expansion into new markets, I’m excited about giving more homeowners the opportunity to live in a David Weekley home so they can appreciate the level of service that we provide to all of our customers,” Jaffe said. “I’m hoping that through our network of quality developers, land brokers and industry professionals, we’ll be able to grow the David Weekley brand into markets that we are not currently serving.”

Amongst their southeastern markets, David Weekley Homes currently builds in Atlanta, Charleston, Charlotte, Hilton Head, Jacksonville, Panama City Beach, Orlando, Raleigh and Tampa.

Jaffe has been with the nation’s largest privately-held home builder since 2006, and has more than 30 years of industry experience. He holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a master’s in business administration from Florida Metropolitan University.
