David Weekley Homes Purchases Homesites in CrossPrairie and Dayton Beach
Orlando, FL (November 18, 2024): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, has closed on 201 homesites of a 406 homesite position in Crossprairie, determined to be the future home of Palmeras at Crossprairie in the master-planned community. The builder plans to develop and offer a series of townhomes and a series of single-family homes within the community.

Palmeras at Crossprairie joins David Weekley Homes developments including the recently opened Oakfield at Mount Dora consisting of 177 homesites the builder rezoned, engineered and developed, and the builder’s upcoming Towns at Oasis community development, consisting of 220 townhomes in Daytona Beach. The builder also plans to launch its first 55+ community in Central Florida in 2026.
