David Weekley Homes to Host Grand Opening in The Colongy at Twenty Mile

Visitors can tour three fully-furnished model homes and learn more about the community while enjoying food trucks, entertainment and the opportunity to win prizes.

The three model homes open for tours include The San Vincente, a one-story home with 2,800 square feet of living space including four bedrooms, three bathrooms, one half bathroom and three-car garage; The Avondale featuring 3,000 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, one half bathroom and two-car garage; and The Zespedes that showcases 3,700 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, one half bathroom and three-car garage.

The Colony at Twenty Mile 60’ and 70’ include one- and two-story, single-family homes with floor plans ranging from 2,500 to 3,800 square feet and situated on 60- and 70-foot homesites in the master-planned community of Nocatee. Some homesites feature preserve or water views, and Weekley’s exclusive Design It Yourself floor plans, a one-of-a-kind, web-based program that allows home shoppers to create a floor plan in four steps, providing real-time updates to room counts and pricing.
