Mix of 44 Attached, Detached Homes Coming Soon to Ballantyne Area

Charlotte, NC (April 28, 2015): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, is excited to announce approval to add townhomes to their upcoming project in Endhaven. Located in the Ballantyne area, Endhaven will include 17 single-family homes and 27 townhomes, with sales projected to begin in Spring 2016.

The two- and three-story single-family homes and townhomes will include three to four bedrooms, and will range in size from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet. The single-family homes will feature rear yards and two-car garages accessible from the front, while the townhomes will offer front yards and rear-loading two-car garages.

The townhomes are expected to start from the $300s and the single-family homes from the $400s and should be available in Spring 2016.
