David Weekley Homes Wins Four Awards at 2017 Parade of Homes


 

Charlotte, NC (October 17, 2017): David Weekley Homes is proud to add four more homes to its prestigious list of award-winning floor plans after collecting four awards at the 2017 Parade of Homes.

Hosted by the Home Builders Association of Charlotte, Weekley featured 12 homes in this year’s annual event, winning the gold award in the $600,000-$699,000 category for The Verdale in Avignon at SouthPark. The builder also picked up silver awards in the $301,000-$350,000 category for The Melvin in Massey in Fort Mill, The Salvadore in Parkside at Skybrook North in the $351,000-$375,000 category, and The Brescia in Eden Hall in Matthews in the $426,000-$450,000 category.

This is the final weekend for the Parade of Homes, with each home on the tour open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sunday. The Weekley homes featured include offerings from the high $200s to the mid $600s, across such areas as SouthPark, Fort Mill, Matthews and Huntersville.
