David Weekley Homes Wins Three Parade of Homes Awards

Jacksonville, FL (May 25, 2018): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, is proud to have won three awards, including one gold award, during the 2018 Parade of Homes Banquet, organized by the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA).

“It is an honor to receive these three awards from the Jacksonville Parade of Homes,” said Jon Morris, division president for David Weekley Homes in Jacksonville. “We are pleased to be recognized as an award-winning builder and, since 1998, we have continued to do the work of providing high-quality homes in the Jacksonville area.”

David Weekley Homes took home a gold award in the $500,000 to $515,000 category for The Sunnyside model in the community of Riley Oaks. The builder was also honored with two silver awards, one in the $525,000 to $535,000 category for The Southfield in Oxford Estates, and another in the $325,000 to $350,000 category for The Bumblebee model in Springs at Shearwater – 40’.

The NEFBA’s 64th annual Parade of Homes was held from April 14 to April 29 and highlighted exceptional single-family homes showcased throughout Jacksonville by area builders. This is the third consecutive year that the NEFBA has presented David Weekley Homes with multiple awards for model homes on display during its Parade of Homes.
