David Weekley Wins Three Prism Awards

Charleston, SC (November 10, 2016): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, is proud to add two more distinctions to its prestigious list of award-winning homes and one accolade to its marketing department at the 28th Annual PRISM Awards.

Sponsored by the Charleston Home Builders Association, David Weekley Homes won Best Model Home in the $600,000 - $700,000 category with The Whitham in Carolina Park, and Best Single Family Home in the $900,000 – $1,000,000 category with The Walcott, from Weekley’s Build on Your Lot Executive Collection. A third award was given for Best Direct Mail Piece for the 2016 Charleston Parade of Homes.

The PRISM Award program recognizes excellence in the field of sales, marketing and promotion of new homes. Over the years, the PRISM Award has grown to encompass the growing market segments of the housing industry, including green building, remodeling, development and the associate member sector.
