DAVID WEEKLEY'S PARK PLACE OPENS POOL IN CENTRAL LIVING COMMUNITY

Builder hosting Grand Opening on September 20

Houston, TX (September 17, 2014): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, has opened a new pool and cabana in the Central Living Park Place community. Located in the historic Houston Heights, the Park Place pool is a rarity in new, in-town developments.

Priced from the $370s, Park Place is currently being built and will ultimately contain 60 homes in this private, gated community. Buyers can choose from four three- or four-story floor plans ranging in size from 1,400 to 2,000 square feet. Each of these homes features three bedrooms, two or three full baths, one half bath and a two-car garage. Homes with a fourth floor feature a rooftop terrace, offering scenic views of downtown Houston, the Galleria and the Heights.

David Weekley Homes will be hosting a public Grand Opening event for Park Place from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 20. The 2013 National Builder of the Year, according to Professional Builder magazine, will offer brunch and mimosas while taking prospective buyers on tours of this unique Central Living community.
