Eagle Springs Named One Of Nation’S Top 20 Selling Communities

David Weekley Homes is excited to announce that our Eagle Springs community was one of the nation’s top 20 master planned communities (MPCs) for new-home sales in 2010, according to a report from RCLCO, a national real estate advisory firm. With 147 new-home sales last year, Eagle Springs ranked 20th on the national list, and ranked seventh among Houston area communities in the report.

Eagle Springs is a 1,360-acre master-planned community located at Will Clayton Parkway and Timber Forest Drive in Humble, Texas.
