Bridgeland Opens Annual Home & Nature Tour

(Cypress, TX – March 27, 2012)        Bridgeland is once again celebrating its careful integration of people and the environment with the annual Home & Nature Tour, slated for April 1 through April 30. 

Eighteen model homes are open in the community and dozens of homes are ready or under construction. As part of the promotion, builders are offering special incentives and during the month-long event, each new home buyer will receive a $1,000 Visa gift card, distributed after closing.

“Our builders are ready for a robust home-buying season, with homes at all price points available for those wanting to move now or in the next few months,” said Peter Houghton, vice president of Bridgeland.

“April is not only a busy month for home sales, but it’s also when more residents are outdoors enjoying Bridgeland’s array of amenities and planned activities,” he said.

Bridgeland has carefully structured its amenity palette to enhance the natural environment, introducing preservation measures to protect the abundant fowl and wildlife habitats found within the 11,400-acre development. Residents enjoy stocked lakes, the wooded Cypress Creek Nature Trail, a disc golf course, outdoor amphitheater, dozens of parks and acres of open space, all complementing Lakeland Activity Center, a swimming and tennis facility that is one of four planned major recreation centers for Bridgeland.

The grand finale of the Home & Nature Tour each year is Nature Fest, a day-long adventure of entertainment and activities set for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 28.
