This new community, which is expected to begin sales in April 2019, will feature 82 single-family homes.

Priced from the mid $200s and situated on 50-foot homesites, buyers will be able to choose from nine floor plans, ranging in size from 1,600 to 3,300 square feet of living space. The two, fully-furnished model homes, The Darlington and Bentbrook, will be available for tours beginning in April.
