INTRODUCING THE DESIGN IT YOURSELF PROGRAM FROM DAVID WEEKLEY HOMES

JACKSONVILLE, FL (April 12, 2016): David Weekley Homes is excited to introduce Jacksonville-area homebuyers to Design it Yourself, a one-of-a-kind web-based program developed by the home builder. This program allows home shoppers to create a floor plan in four steps, providing real-time updates to room counts and pricing. Users can even print the plans they’ve created and review with a sales consultant to begin building their home, based on their design.

Two sections in The Village at Twenty Mile are utilizing this program – The Village at Twenty Mile and The Crossing at Twenty Mile. The new program can be accessed through at a kiosk in the model home and a DIY player will also be available online soon. From a super shower in the Owner’s Retreat and an extra bedroom, to a fireplace in the family room and an upstairs study, the program allows the customer to select from different interior room placement variations to create a custom floor plan.

The new Design it Yourself model home in The Village at Twenty Mile – Executive Series is The Zespedes, a two-story home with four to seven bedrooms, four to six full baths, one half bath and a two-, three- or four-car garage. The open-concept floor plan includes approximately 2,700 square feet of living space with a curved staircase, 20-foot ceilings and large outdoor lanai. The model home is located at 575 Eagle Rock Drive in Ponte Vedra.

The one-story Lions in The Crossing at Twenty Mile 60’ is situated on a 60-foot homesite and offers more than 2,600 square feet of living space with three to six bedrooms, two to five full baths and a two- or three-car garage. The Lions model home is located at 62 Woodview Court in Ponte Vedra.

Located in historic St. Johns County, David Weekley Homes is building in six sections of the Nocatee community of Twenty Mile, with homes starting in the $260s. Community amenities include an amenity center with pool and trails. Other nearby recreation activities include nearby Ponte Vedra beaches and dog park and playground. Homebuyers have convenient access to Nocatee Parkway and Dixie Highway. Students attend St. Johns County School District.
