HOUSTON, TX (October 9, 2012): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s third-largest privately held home builder, is once again building new homes in the master-planned community of Celebration, Florida. Weekley is developing 261 home sites on 39 acres in what will be Celebration’s newest community, Spring Lake at Celebration.

Weekley will be offering four distinct products in Spring Lake at Celebration: Townhomes (1,600 – 1,800 square feet); Villas (1,900 – 2,100 square feet); Bungalows (1,700 – 2,300 square feet); and Gardens (2,000 – 2,700 square feet). Prices range from the mid $200s to over $400. Spring Lake will start selling homes in the second quarter of 2013 and will offer multiple model homes to showcase these different product lines. All homes will offer the Environments For Living® Gold Level Program heating and cooling energy usage guarantee, resulting in significant energy savings.
