Prospective buyers will enjoy a tour of homes ready for immediate move in and receive a $7,000 move-in ready package for purchasing a qualifying David Weekley home.
With water-front views of Mountain Island Lake, the Stonewater Parade of Homes is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 4. Buyers interested in taking advantage of the $7,000 move-in ready package must purchase a qualifying home by November 15, 2014.
Stonewater is north of Uptown Charlotte and near the defunct and soon-to-be demolished Duke Energy coal plant, Riverbend. Shut down in April 2013, the long-standing coal plant’s demolition will be complete in 2016, according to the Charlotte Observer.
The Parade of Homes will feature five homes ranging in size from 2,100 to 3,200 square feet, and starting from the $400s. Buyers can choose from one- and two-story plans offering three to five bedrooms and three to four full baths. Each of these homes have large islands and kitchens that open up to the family room and spacious owner’s retreats and walk-in closets.
