Summerwood Named One Of Nation’s Top 20 Selling Communities

David Weekley Homes is excited to announce that Summerwood was one of the nation’s top 20 master planned communities (MPCs) for new-home sales in 2010, according to a report from RCLCO, a national real estate advisory firm. With 155 new-home sales last year, Summerwood ranked 19th on the national list and ranked sixth among Houston region developments for new-home sales in 2010.
