Together with your David Weekley Home Team, the working relationships with our Preferred Lenders can make the purchase process easier and convenient. Our relationship with lenders allows for us to work together to answer questions to keep the loan process moving forward, while communicating with you throughout the entirety of your homebuying journey.

Up to $7,100 in Closing Costs offer only valid for Homebuyers who purchase a David Weekley home in the Charlotte area between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, and finance the home purchase with a mortgage loan from a Preferred Lender in the Charlotte area: Movement Mortgage, Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc. or Truist. As stated in the Purchase Agreement, the incentive will consist of 1% of the loan amount, up to $5,100, provided by the Preferred Lender, and an additional $2,000 provided by Seller. David Weekley Homes reserves the right to terminate program or change rules at any time. Incentive is limited to actual Closing Costs incurred, subject to any regulatory limits on Seller contribution to Closing Costs. No cash will be given outside of closing. Homebuyer must apply for preapproval with Movement Mortgage, Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc. or Truist within five (5) days of signing the contract and must obtain full loan approval within 15 days of signing the contract.
