Our team, Nicole, Drake, and Kim, worked seamlessly to provide us the ultimate service, attention to detail, and our home turned out better than we expected and much faster than we anticipated. The team kept in contact with us and kept us informed at every step. We love our floor plan, our finishes, and all of the extras we did. It was the first time we built with David Weekley Homes and we would definitely do a build again if we have the opportunity. We are extremely thrilled!!!

She helped us in the whole process. During the construction time our Build Nick was so help full to explain the each steps of construction as well things to look for during the process. Thank you Chandra and Nick for your guidance and support during the home buying process.

Once we arrived at the quick-move-in at The Lakes at Grantham , my wife and I knew this was the one. The quality of the build, the fabulous layout, the incredible location all made the decision to purchase easy. At the end of the day it is the people though: The incredible efforts of Chandra and Eric allowed us to close on this new home 12 days after we 1st entered the front door. Post sale, the incredible support of the team, now adding Kyle to the team is equally impressive. We will be recommending David Weekley to all our friends. Thanks for everything ! --- Tim & Michelle

However, my expectations were more than exceeded by my sales rep Nicole Eperjesi and builder Drake Atkinson. Nicole was consultative and guided us through the purchasing process. No pressure, just always there to answer my many questions. Special "shout out to Cheryl Campbell who filled in for Nicole while she was on maternity leave. I felt like Drake was building our home for himself. He is detailed oriented and was there to help us understand the stages of building and what to expect along the way. The weekly status calls reassured me that we were working together. Kim in the Design Studio was great too. She offered decorating suggestions that made the selection process easy. I am so impressed how each person I interreacted with at DW had the same level of care and customer satisfaction. And "Yes", I would build with DW again. Please feel free to use me as a reference.

Stopping by the show home we were welcomed by the David Weekly representative who explained how the homes are built with high quality materials and standards. She offer to let us tour several finished houses so we agreed. Walking into the second home my fiance was in awe. Said she love it and it felt so homey. She would make it a home so I agreed to make a deposit and begin the purchase process. We were excited and when our realtor also thought it was indeed an excellent home to purchase. I was quite surprised with the buyer's inspection noting that the employee's wanted everything perfect for us. Before closing we did a final walk thru after which the purchase was completed. After taking possession we had a few questions and they we answered without delay. Looking forward to having a great home in a great growing city - Fishers IN. Maximum appreciation.
