Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great home building experience! From the moment I entered the model home to the completion of my new home with David Weekley Homes, I was impressed with their services. I was given a portfolio with all information concerning how the build would go and showing all steps along the way. I hired my own inspector to keep track of the build as it was happening and he gave rave reviews about the quality of workmanship. My son does cement work and was impressed with the quality of the cement work. I loved the way Robert took pictures each step along the way as my home was being built and then he texted the pictures to me. If I ever had worries about something, the team immediately solved the problem to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend my friends to come see the great homes in my new Homestead area. My realtor told me that David Weekley is one of the best builders he has seen, and my realtor built homes before becoming a realtor. I'm a happy home owner. Thanks David Weekley team!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Builder We just went through the home building process with a home and another builder a couple years ago. A recent job change brought us to UT and to our David Weekley home we just moved into a few weeks ago. There has been a huge difference between the two builders we have worked with. The team, the quality of build, and communication with David Weekley has been far superior to our previous experience. I would highly recommend anyone to build with David Weekley.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from David Weekly is the best! The overall experience of building a home with David Weekly was amazing. From start to finish our sales agent and builder had consistent communication with us. I can’t say enough good things about David Weekly and I would build with them again in a heartbeat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New home purchase from David Weekley. We purchased an existing new build and couldn't be more pleased with both the home itself and Gary, the superintendent and Traci, the sales agent. They were ready and willing to help each time I contacted either one of them, and the response time was extremely fast. I have recently met a few more of their team members and everyone is friendly and willing to take care of any issues or questions I have. You cannot go wrong with purchasing a David Weekly home. My daughter, Kristy, my real estate agent, worked closely with me and the builder to make the purchase as easy as possible, and even the closing was completed electronically a state away. This whole process could not have gone easier.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I am disabled; but not in a wheelchair. I have a TBI and damage to my working memory. While doing the final walk through with my project manager, minor items were agree to be addressed that were never addressed. After move in, larger issues arose such as the tankless water heater. The letter of the law may have been met to pass inspection but the intent was not. It takes up to 5 minutes or mor of running the tap full out to get hot water. The are minimum installation of the tankless heater was installed in the basement. Now, Andy, my project manager, has promised to quote me the proper in wall at point of use tankless water heaters for every point of use with the cost to install which he thinks is appropriate for me to absorb. Since he as David Weekley’s representative is setting a very by reputation for David Weekley. And that’s not all…. Brown water is coming out of the kitchen sink. This is a major health hazard. This should never have passed inspection and should have been corrected before close. In a half hour walk through, I assumed the inspector would have caught these things and not have allowed the close to take place. There is no water filter. That might have helped catch the deadly water issue. Cabinets and layout: A blind corner cabinet was installed. It is useless. Andy tried to sell it as usefull By sticking his head in it. He is wrong It needs to be removed and the corner cabinet installed. I pointed out many times. You need to hire a kitchen designer (CKD) at the bare minimum. The trash is the dishwasher plus one cabinet away from the sink. Who are the ones designing the cabinet layouts? Project manager Andy said he did. It Shows! Nothing lined up. The faucet centers on the sink and window. These do not center with the island. The non existent pendants have holes in the ceiling that do not center on the island. The chandelier to a dining room table doesn’t line up to anything. AND Half depth shelves in bottom cabinets? I told Andy to provide full. That hasn’t happened yet. I also said I wanted full depth wood tray dividers in the upper cabinet above the Refr. That hasn’t happened yet. This is truly the most poorly built home I have ever seen. I have to use the same project manager to fix the tankless water heater issue so as not to void the warranty. And I have to fix the errors made by David Weekley. Really? Are you serious? Seems to me he doesn’t know what he’s doing. I can’t trust the builder and neither should you!
