Incentive amount not to exceed $15,000. Design Center Selections must be made through the David Weekley Homes Design Center in Nashville, TN. Homebuyer must pay for any Design Center Selections in excess of the incentive amount.
Up to $25,000 in Closing Costs Incentive offer only valid for Homebuyers who purchase a David Weekley Quick Move-in Home in the Nashville-area community of The Preserve at Five Oaks during the Program Period and finance the home purchase with a mortgage loan from a Preferred Lender in the Nashville area: Highlands Residential Mortgage or Fairway Independent Mortgage. Quick Move-in Home must close by December 27, 2024, to qualify for the incentive. Buyer may use the Quick Move-in incentive toward closing costs or loan discount points or other costs of financing with a Preferred Lender. All incentives are subject to regulatory limits on Seller contributions. If the incentive amount exceeds the allowable Seller contribution limits, the remainder cannot be applied as a discount to the Purchase Price of the Home, Design Center Selections or any other credit. No cash will be given outside of closing. Offer must be presented to Sales Consultant prior to signing a Purchase Agreement. You are not required to use Highlands Residential Mortgage or Fairway Independent Mortgage for purchase of a home from David Weekley Homes, only to receive the up to $25,000 Closing Costs Incentive.
